This was taken by Brent’s wife.  It was a small day and Brent and I took off on the same wave.  He’s goofy foot and Im regular, unplanned, but the stoke you and Todd created in these boards have made us life long glider pilots.  We love these boards, they are everything we hoped for.

Thanks for the Hangliders….it’s the only board my son Gabe (3) wants to ride.

got some yesterday. the guards and police tried to keep us out of the water but we made our way in. first time i got to ride the super typhoon since i received it back in may.

the thing just works in bowling waves.

we are all hunkered down now just waiting for shit to happen. maybe we should have evacuated but then i would have missed the juiciest jersey since spring. i guess we will see.

let todd know that the board is sick,

its weird but i feel like it is helping me rotate better.

Todd and Charissa,

I just wanted to thank you guys again for my 5’10 Monsta stringerless board. The timing of its arrival was perfect as tropical storm Arlene is sending some nice swell to the Texas. The quick session before work was great, and the board exceeded my expectations. I have to admit I was really amped to try out the stringerless concept, though I hardly expected to be able to feel any difference… after all it’s not like my board is plastered with stickers,

I’m just the average guy surfing next to you in the lineup.

I was doubtful that I surf well enough to notice any flex in the board.

On my second wave on the board I dropped in, pumped through a section, and found the wave doubling up and closing out. I decided to hit the lip and rebound off the closeout. My speed was pretty slow as I set up the bottom turn and then what was supposed to be a small hack on a lip became a sizable alley oop. That board generated a crazy amount of torque and speed coming off that bottom turn and it was totally unexpected. So I’m a believer in the flex you were touting.

The board generated that turn and air, not me.

The boards that you guys made were better then expected.

The construction of them both are flawless and I couldn’t be happier with them.

I haven’t ridden the g4-c board yet but

I have ridden the greased pig 2 and that thing is sick.

Just wanted to thank todd with his help on that one and look forward to ordering more.

The wait was well worth it – so stoked.

so Todd has me pumped on a small wave destroyer.  but i like getting two boards at once.  could you run a super typhoon by him, see if thats something i could use here (n.j.) and on vacation.

i attached some shots of my blackbird in c.r.

thing went off in good waves.

i also honeymooned in tortola.

blackbird went off there too.

Just got in from the beach, sorry Todd I was not the first to ride the board, but the video is kinda cool. It’s my son. He rides a 5.8 fish, but insisted on the long board, even waxed some of it himself. Thanks again guys, you have a great thing at your shop, happiness on order!

Hello Charissa and Todd,

I want to thank you both. I received the surfboard Friday, October 5th, as scheduled and could not be happier. When I opened the box and saw such a fine work of art, dedicated to my late brother, it literally brought tears to my eyes.

It also arrived just in time for a great weekend swell, with clean waves in the chest to head high range. As you might expect my anticipation and excitement to try this board was at an all time high. When I paddled out, the board floated me well, and when I took off on my first ride, I could not believe how great it responded and how fast it went.

I thought for a moment,

is this a surfboard I’m riding,

or a magic carpet!

I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the whole experience. Beginning with the discussion with Todd talking about what I was looking for in a surfboard, to the nice, comfortable correspondences with Charissa whom, kept me informed through the whole process. It was everything I could have hoped for and more.

Todd really listened to what I was requesting

and truly delivered it.

I’m sure you’ve heard this before,

but Todd, you are definitely a master of your craft!

Charissa it was a pleasure speaking with you through the e-mails. Your sincerity and warmth was obvious. Thank you so much once again,
