Lighter, faster, and tougher than any boards I’ve surfed
Just wanted to let you know the boards work!
Lighter, faster, and tougher than any boards I’ve surfed.
Always in control.
Just got back from Hawaii where my pops has been rockin the monsta (lovin it) and I picked up a floaty greased rascal, surfed some of the best aina haina/south shore ever with my best brahs and dad every dawn patrol everyday. Love it…
Then got back to NY to a pumping all time massive beast coast swell on my 5’7″ monsta, carbon rails stringerless!
Board is beyond amazing… Saw so many snapped boards, but this thing doesn’t have 1 pressure ding!!!
Unreal. So stoked, thanks for the boards, Enjoying the ride!
Thanks for the passion that you put into every board! I feel the good vibes every time I hold it!

It has no limits
I have been putting the Monsta through it’s paces on this incredible south swell. You know what? It has no limits. 2 feet overhead? No problem. Powers through sections!! I just can’t say enough good things about your mad skills on the CAD and planer.
God Bless and thanks for making the best boards on Planet Earth,

the board makes me a better surfer
Dear Todd and Charissa:
I picked up my Monsta HD from y’all in May and would like to give some feedback. First off, Todd helped me with the dims, based on my ability and where I surf, and he nailed it.
The board was confidence-inspiring on my first session and now feels like I’ve been surfing it for years.
I’ve surfed beach and point breaks in Ventura and LA counties and
there does not appear to be anything the board can’t handle.
We’ve had a long run of small waves since May, and I can confidently say, the Monsta HD grovels with the best of them. And, when the waves get bigger, the board is just as schweet. It loves steep drops, turns like a dream, and feels solid and predicable at speed.
Perhaps the best compliment I can make is that the board makes me a better surfer.
And, she is beautiful: The carbon rails, the resin tint. Clearly, made with care and designed to last.
So, I’m hooked and I’ll be back. Until then, heartfelt thanks for such an amazing board.

I’m making some of the best top turns and cleanest maneuvers I’ve ever made thanks to this board
I’ve taken the board out several times now for a total of about 20 hours in various conditions and I’ve gotta say,
I’m stunned by how much I love this board.
If I had to describe it in one word, I’d have to choose “uncompromising”.
All the ride characteristics in boards that I thought were mostly mutually exclusive and/or mostly a trade off between one or another are available at all times with this board.
It’s my fastest board when I want it to be fast, most controlled when I don’t need the speed, my most agile board when I want it to be agile, holds best when I need it, and breaks loose so well when I want it to; all on the same wave.
I’ve bought many boards that have been marketed to be the “perfect all-arounder” for a wide range of sizes and conditions, but this Monsta HD has put all of those claims to shame, making me totally re-think what that means and truly proving that it is the perfect board for me.
I’m making some of the best top turns and cleanest maneuvers I’ve ever made thanks to this board.
I’m really happy, and will be returning for another in the future.

Performance wise, the Pavote, Monsta, and Apex are like an extension of my mind
This past Saturday was the April event for the SurfRide / CSF contest series in Oceanside. It was a beautiful day with amazing weather and a good crowd on hand to enjoy the event. The waves were waist / chest high and clean until around noon, then went pretty windy for the quarters onward throughout the afternoon.
I was all about the Monsta, Apex, and the little brother, the Pavote, during the higher tide.
These boards are such perfect complements with zero transition time when switching back and forth.
The Pavote flies across the flats and I was easily connecting sections with speed and flow where others were struggling and bogging.
Making it through to the inside for the big finishing maneuvers was the key to making the high tide heats and the Pavote never disappoints. I have to say again how much I love the extra hidden paddling foam in the chest area on each of the Monsta and Pavote. These are almost impossible to detect visually, but – WOW!! – is it noticable when you shift your weight forward. It’s so balanced, I can literally get my eyes over the nose of the board, weighting it perfectly for getting waves early.
Performance wise, the Pavote, Monsta, and Apex are like an extension of my mind – in my view, the perfect boards.
There is never a doubt that these designs are absolutely up for whatever the waves throw my way. These boards can be pushed so hard, go so vertical in such critical sections and just don’t slide out! I find myself drawing different lines (in a good way) – with so much confidence on these designs. I honestly tell everyone that these 3 should be staples in everyone’s quiver!! I ended the day in 2nd place, less than 1/2 a point from 1st. I fully credit the Monsta, Apex, and Pavote’s amazing designs for this victory!
Thanks so much for making such amazing crafts and God Bless!!
it was mediocre day at Trestles, but the board had me smiling and laughing like a goofball
Know I kept my word, as hard as it was to take the new Monsta off of my wall!! A
ll I can say is wow! I was really ready for that
Flipping board is E P I C,
it was mediocre day at Trestles,
