when the swell backed off I jumped on my rascal and caught the most waves I have ever caught

Todd,
Hey! ITs Craig In New York. Just sending you a quick note to tell you my grovler 4 worked really well during this past swell we had here. It was about six to eight on Sayurday and the felt like the board was made for these type of waves. On Sunday the swell peaked and I felt like I could have used some more board because it was BIG!!! What would you recommend for me? On Monday when the swell backed off I jumped on my rascal and caught the most waves I have ever caught. Anyway. I am still in the market for the falcon. I will be ordering that soon. I just bought a house at the beach and now I am so broke. Back to work in a few days so we will get that going soon. Look foward to hearing back from you.

Todd,

Hey! It’s Craig In New York. Just sending you a quick note to tell you my groveler 4 worked really well during this past swell we had here.

It was about six to eight on Saturday and it felt

like the board was made for these type of waves.

On Sunday the swell peaked and I felt like I could have used some more board because it was BIG!!! What would you recommend for me?

On Monday when the swell backed off I jumped

on my rascal and caught the most waves

I have ever caught.

Anyway. I am still in the market for the Pavote. I will be ordering that soon. I just bought a house at the beach and now I am so broke. Back to work in a few days so we will get that going soon. Look foward to hearing back from you.

the Lil' Rascal outperformed my expectations…

Hey Todd,

Just wanted to thank you again for all your

personal help in picking out the

perfect Lil’ Rascal…

and staying open late so I could drive up and pick it up.  I surfed it for the first time this  past Saturday down at churches, the south swell was lining up perfectly and

the Lil’ Rascal outperformed my expectations…

I’m sure I will see you again this year, I have my eye on the SR-71,  In the meantime, all the best and many thanks for shaping the perfect lil rascal..

The only board I think I need now is an SR-71 for those O/H days

By the way, both boards (Lil Rascal and G4E) have been insane lately.

The only board I think I need now is an SR-71 for those O/H days, but I am still saving for that one.  The new website is really nice too!  I dig it.  Talk to you soon and God bless.

the board practically paddled itself into waves

Todd and Charissa Proctor,

I got the board that was shaped for me last Wednesday. It looks great, and it arrived on time and unharmed. Of course I couldn’t wait for a 2 foot mushy summer day to take it out, so the following Saturday when a shoulder high swell rolled in I gave it a first spin. To sum things up, the board rips.

It’s fast down the line, feels just right rail to rail,

and catches everything!

I think anyone considering a fish for their quiver should seriously consider the lil’ rascal. The conditions were hollow early on and the

board practically paddled itself into waves.

Later in the day the winds turned onshore, and even when the waves got mushy the board performed at the same level. I was really impressed.

I also wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed working with both of you. The entire process was really smooth and easy and I would not hesitate to come to Proctor Surfboards again for another magical board. Shouldn’t be long until i’m looking for a new performance board!

Take care,

gets into the waves nice and early and charges fast with the nose eagerly passing through the sections

Hi Todd/Charissa,

The board was delivered on my doorstep on Wednesday. Amazingly there was also a clean chest high swell running at one of my favorite breaks!

I’m very lucky to get a new board and use it the same day in inconsistent Bermuda.

The board paddles amazingly well and gets into the waves nice and early and charges fast with the nose eagerly passing through the sections.

It rides exceedingly well on the faces and is very loose rail to rail.

It has done everything Todd said it would do for me and I’m really looking forward to getting it out in the looming hurricane swells!

Please thank Todd for exceeding my expectations

and providing a custom service with the upmost integrity!

Have a great weekend.

I can feel that "bubble pillow" thing with the concaves.

Hey Todd,

The Lil Rascal is insane! After picking it up at your shop

I surfed ankle-to-knee C-Street, and that thing just zoomed, just like the video on your site.

Never thought a big guy like me (6’2″ 185) could get speed like that on such weak little waves. Last month I took it (and the 6’5″ D.Y.L.) down to El Salvador for the last South of the fall. I rode the 6’5″ until the swell started to drop, then had three of the funnest days riding the Rascal on a waist high reef, having the time of my life flying down the line and ducking into little coverups while the rest of my bros just complained about the small surf;-)watschke rascal

The Rascal is truly a magic board.

I can feel that “bubble pillow” thing with the concaves.

One little pump and it just lifts and goes! So stoked on it!

I’m on the North Shore now for the rest of the month. My biggest problem has been reaching for the Rascal when the conditions call for a bigger board, but that thing is so fast, as long as I make the drop I can speed down the line!!!

Here are some pics from yesterday.

Thanks for making me a great board and Merry Christmas!

Surf was 3-5ft point break weak windswell and board was making sections and carving in ways that I could not believe

To the Proctors,

thank you for a unreal lil’ rascal. Got the board mid morning and unpacked it and found pro packing was used,no damage.

Surf was 3-5ft point break weak windswell and board was making sections and carving in ways that I could not believe.

You can feel the concaves working right off the bat and thickness to the advantage of speed and flow.

I will be ordering another one very soon.

the Lil Rascal has had an incredible affect on my surfing ability and stoke

Duuuuude!
I can’t believe how great this board (Lil Rascal 6’1″x20″) works! I surfed 2 foot Oceanside yesterday and I felt almost like Jay Phillips:

catching waves outside with the longboaders, passing them, doing floaters and cutbacks on tiny waves.

Normally I would have gone home because it was so gutless and small, but I decided to put your “project” to the test. You passed!
A week ago I surfed Lowers and found, to my surprise, that the board worked equally as well backside. In some ways I even like it better because of the way it accelerates and snaps off the top.

The next day I was at walled, shoulder high Churches making sections no one else could. And my three friends said I was surfing better than ever.

The envy was thick. I’m still making adjustments for more in-the-pocket surfing but I have zero complaints. On several occasions, complete strangers have asked about the board.

Though I’d love to take credit and chalk it up to my surfing ability, the Lil Rascal has had an incredible affect on my surfing ability and stoke.

Don’t be surprised if you start getting calls from south Orange County.
Thanks for the insane board!
